Promotional Rebate Claims
When a promotion asks you to provide proof of a purchase from another seller, we use that proof only to confirm eligibility, calculate the rebate, and prevent duplicate claims. Please redact personal information that is not needed for those purposes.
We delete submitted receipt images within 30 days after the claim is handled. We may retain a limited record of the related order, transaction identifier, rebate amount, and refund for accounting, customer service, and duplicate-claim prevention.

Software Functionality
Our plugins process audio locally on your computer. They do not transmit any audio data, usage statistics, or personal information to our servers.

Our plugins may contact our server to check whether a newer version is available. This request contains the product identifier and the installed version number, and no personal information. As with any internet request, the server receives your computer's IP address as part of the connection; we do not use it to identify you or combine it with other data.
